A magician is adopted by a cat named Little Dot, and later rescued by him when his new girlfriend isn't quite who she seems to be.

PlotEdit

CharactersEdit

  • Little Dot/Turandot - The head cat of the family. No matter how many other cats Henry brings home, Little Dot is in charge.
  • Henry - A somewhat bumbling but endearing magician.
  • Great Aunt Harriet - Henry's aunt, who is owned by Mr. Williams.
  • Orlando/Orange -
  • Cleopatra/Claws -
  • Millamant - A rather mad Burmese who enjoys a daily swim, be it in the waterbutt or the shower. Discovered by Henry, who rescued her from a university lab. This accounts for much of her odd behavior.
  • Mr. Williams - A cat with bad nerves who owns Great Aunt Harriet. He was seized from a former owner who kept him in a travel kennel while in the car, an act that Henry much objected to.
  • Madam Dalrymple - A fluffy white cat who is not quite all there, and who often believes that what she really, really needs is a satin ribbon about her neck. Found by Henry when she was mired in a pig pen.
  • Big Dot - The final cat of the household, called Big Dot, much to Little Dot's dismay at first. She looks remarkably like Little Dot, and is unknowingly carrying kittens when she is found.
  • The Beast of Ettmoor/Fara -
  • Bastet - The goddess of cats herself. She appears to Henry and leads him to Little Dot, and again to provide Little Dot with the answers to the Beast's riddles.
