Frederick Parkinson

Frederick Parkinson is a member of the staff of the Chrestomanci in the time of Gabriel de Witt. He mostly appears as one of the affable group of Edwardian gentlemen who chat at the dinner table on topics of magic, culture, and travel, and totally ignore any young person who sits glowering down near the foot of the table.
