Plot[]
In an interview, Jones related that the concept of the novel originated from her observation that human beings hate anybody who is different, which put her in mind of the numerous seventeenth-century witch trials.[1] Having drawn inspiration thus, Jones penned this tale of overcoming a brutal regime.
